How to make
Wash the potatoes well (without removing the potato peel) and cut them in two halves and cut the halves into crescents.
In a large bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients.
Combine the potatoes and fat. Stir well, so that the spices stick to all parts of the potato pieces.
In a baking tray lined with parchment paper, arrange the potatoes, so that they do not overlap.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and bake, until the potatoes are ready (about half an hour).
You can serve these baked potatoes with an yogurt sauce.
