How to make
Caramelize the sugar and distribute it in aluminum creme caramel molds.
Beat the eggs, sugar and milk and distribute the mixture in the molds.
Place a grid in a pot of water and place the molds on it, cover the pot and cook the creme caramel, until it's done.
It took mine to cook for about 25 minutes on low heat.
This creme caramel is not inferior to the classic one.
Extremely delicious steamed creme caramel!
