How to make

The carrots, onions, potatoes and beetroots are cleaned, washed and diced. The cleaned leeks are cut into circles.

Cut the bacon into cubes and fry it in oil. Pour the broth. Add the chopped vegetables and add the bay leaves and as much parsley as you like.

Cover the pot and boil for about 20 minutes. 3 minutes before removing it from the heat, add the diced meat and the cleaned and sliced ​​into crescents apples.
