How to make
The products are for 4 tartlets of 4″ (10 cm) or a mold of 9.5″ (24 cm).
In a food processor, cut the butter into cubes and beat the eggs. Add the other products without the marmalade. Knead the dough.
Remove it from the food processor and wrap it in cling film. Leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Remove the cooled dough and roll it out into a thickness of 0.16″ /4 mm/ (set aside a small ball for the strips on top).
Cut it into circles or squares. Spread it out evenly in the molds. Put marmalade on top of each one.
Roll out the remaining dough. Cut the strips and arrange them on marmalade.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and bake for 30-40 minutes or until they're fully baked.
