Ingredients

  • for the dough
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • powdered sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • water - 2 tablespoons, ice - cold
  • semolina - 1 2/5 cups (350 g)
  • for the 1st cream
  • liquid chocolate - 9 oz (250 g), brown
  • sour cream - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • for the 2nd cream
  • white chocolate - 9 oz (250 g), melted
  • sour cream - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • strawberries - for decoration, or pick other seasonal fruits

How to make

Knead a soft dough from the ingredients for it and leave it in the fridge for 15 minutes. Roll out a layer and cut rings out, place them in muffin forms or metal molds. Bake for 10 minutes.

Both types of cream are prepared in the same way: Melt the chocolate in a water bath and add it to its corresponding cream, while beating with a mixer.

Fill the cooled cups with the cream. Decorate with strawberries or other seasonal fruits.
