"Delicious cheesecake in a more temperamental version"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • baking powder - 2 tsp. (10 g)
  • yogurt - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • flour - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • milk - 4.2 fl oz (125 ml)
  • liquid confectionery cream - 4.2 fl oz (125 ml)
  • sugar - 5 oz (140 g)
  • cream cheese - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • strawberry jam - optional

How to make

Pour all of the products into a large bowl. Stir with the mixer, until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.

Pour it into a baking pan. Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C). Bake in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes.

Remove it from the oven and leave it to cool well.

Spread the cheesecake with strawberry jam, if desired or pour it with a topping. I used berries topping.

The Spanish Cheesecake - Tarta de Queso is very tasty.
