How to make
Make coffee and cool it. Grind the lady fingers in a blender into a powder.
Pour the mascarpone, vanilla and sugar into a bowl. Beat with a mixer on low speed.
Add the coffee and stir with a spatula.
Add the lady fingers and stir again, until the mixture becomes smooth, homogeneous and firm.
Scrape with an ice cream scoop 1.2″ (3 cm) or form balls between your palms.
It is best to work with an ice cream scoop, because when the Tiramisu ball falls from the ice cream scoop, a flat bottom is formed.
Roll them in cocoa on all sides.
The Tiramisu Balls are arranged in a serving dish and refrigerated for 30 minutes.
Then they are served.
