How to make
Bring the butter to room temperature, by leaving it out of the fridge for 30 minutes.
Cut into cubes and place it in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and knead a soft, buttery dough.
Wrap the dough in cling film, and chill for 30 minutes.
Roll out the chilled dough to a round sheet. Chose the molds you like and shape into biscuits, or cut into sticks.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the grissini on top.
Brush them with egg wash. Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C).
Sprinkle with the seed mix and bake for 15-20 minutes.
