How to make
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Beat the eggs in a second bowl with the milk, butter and vanilla, to a foamy consistency.
Fold the egg mix into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Use a mixer to achieve a homogeneous batter.
Preheat the waffle maker. Grease the surface and pour the waffle mix, one small laddle at a time. Cook until golden brown.
