How to make
The octopus is cleaned by removing the eyes, beak and contents of the head.
Boil the octopus, until it softens in a little water - 20-25 minutes. Strain and remove the skin.
Prepare the dressing from olive oil, vinegar, salt, black pepper, finely chopped garlic and parsley.
Pour it over the octopus and leave it for 10 hours in the refrigerator. Serve it whole in a large plate.
The Greek-Style Boiled Octopus is ready.
