Ingredients

  • strawerries - 0.9 lb (420 g)
  • ice - 1.3 lb (600 g)
  • powdered sugar - 5 oz (140 g) depending on its taste
  • lemons - 1 pc.
  • fresh mint - for decoration

How to make

The cleaned strawberries are cut into pieces. Peel the lemon, so that no white parts of the peel are left on it. Cut it into quarters and remove the seeds, if any.

Place the fruit in the jug of a blender or food processor with high power. Pour the powdered sugar and blend everything at maximum speed, until a fine mixture is obtained.

Add the ice (do not make large blocks of ice, so that you don't make it harder for the device) and turn it on again at maximum speed for about 30 seconds or until a fine, smooth, ice mixture is obtained.

Pour it into bowls or cups and serve it with fresh mint leaves.

The sorbet is very fine and melts quickly and that's why it needs to be consumed straight away.
