How to make
Place the butter, cheese, yellow cheese and sour cream in a blender and grind to a smooth consistency.
Transfer the mix into a bowl and sift in the flour gradually, while stirring .
Add the olives. Don't knead too hard to prevent the butter from melting.
Place the dough into a plastic bag and chill for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Separate the chilled dough into small pieces and form a grissini with your hands, out of each piece.
Arrange the grissini on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and bake for about 15 minutes, until the grissini turn golden brown.
The Crispy Grissini with Olives are ready.
