Ingredients

  • turkey - 4.5 oz (130 g)
  • pesto - 1 tsp. (Genovese)
  • butter - 2 tbsp.
  • rosemary
  • sage tea
  • cherry tomatoes - 4/5 pcs.
  • barbecue sauce
  • ketchup
  • garlic sauce
  • tortilla - 1 pc. (wholemeal)
  • potatoes - 1.8 oz (50 g) blanched

How to make

Rub the turkey meat with the spices and salt and leave it aside for about an hour.

Fry the potatoes in a pan with oil.

Cut the turkey meat into pieces and stew it in a pan along with the butter over medium low heat, until it's cooked.

Then take the tortilla and first spread it with pesto (you can first dip it on the inside in the pan where you cooked the turkey meat).

Then add the cooked turkey meat, french fries and chopped cherry tomatoes.

Also add the sauces for the juicy doner on them.

Finally, roll the tortilla.
