  • toast bread - 6 slices
  • bacon - 6 slices, thin
  • eggs - 6 pcs.
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper - 1/3 tsp
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp

How to make

Grease the muffin forms.

Cut the crust off the bread. Roll out the slices with a rolling pin, and place them into the muffin forms, by pressing them gently against the sides.

Arrange a slice of bacon on top to create small nests. Crack an egg in each nest.

Season the eggs with salt, black pepper and paprika.

Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and cook the savory egg muffins for about 15 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked.

Sprinkle with finely chopped greens of your preference, and serve the Eggs in Muffin Forms warm.
