How to make
The okra is washed under running water and the stems are cut off.
Blanch them for a few minutes in boiling water.
Then transfer them into a bowl of cold water and ice, until they cool.
Strain it and sprinkle it with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, black pepper and as much salt as you like.
Cover and refrigerate it for a few hours to flavor. Then add the chopped spring onions and stir.
The mozzarella is cut into circles and placed on top of the flavored okra.
Garnish on top with marinated okra and green spices of your choice (parsley, dill, basil), with spring onion leave and serve the appetizer drizzled with the rest of the marinade.
