How to make
Grind the biscuits in a blender. Pour the melted butter and mix everything well.
Transfer the mixture into a cake tin, press it down and leave it in the fridge for a while to harden.
Prepare the cheese cream by mixing the sour cream, cream cheese and chocolate.
Beat with a mixer and add the gelatin, which has been dissolved in a water bath. Pour the cream over the base.
Prepare the glaze by melting the chocolate along with the butter in a water bath. Pour the cheesecake with it and refrigerate it for a few hours.
Garnish it with sliced white chocolate.
