How to make
Mash the bananas, which we need for the mixed sponge cake. Add the eggs, sugar and butter to them and mix everything well.
Then add the flour and baking powder, stir and then add the chocolate.
Grease the sponge cake tin and pour the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 50 minutes.
A wonderful banana sponge cake is obtained, which we can serve with tea, juice or any other drink of our choice.
