How to make
The puff pastry is left to relax slightly at room temperature.
In a bowl, cut the two types of cheese into pieces and mash them with a fork.
Spread out the dough and cut it into squares or rectangles.
At one end of each rectangle put a little of the mashed cheeses and cover the other end with the stuffing.
The ends of the pastries are pressed with a fork, so that they do not open up.
Beat the egg and spread it on each pastry.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C), until they become puffy and aquire a golden color.
