How to make
Take the seeds out of the pumpkin and clean them well, so that no pumpkin remains on them.
Pour the cleaned seeds in a colander and wash them well, leave them for 15-20 minutes to drain in a colander.
After they have drained, pour them into a bowl, pour the salt, stir, then pour the flour and stir again.
In a suitable baking pan pour the seeds and roast them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes. Take them out, leave them to cool and they are ready for consumption.
