How to make
Separate the Oreo cookies and separate the white cream from them. Grind the cookies in a blender.
Mix the sour cream with the white cream of the biscuits and the vanilla extract, so that the cream melts completely.
Separate the yolks and beat them with a wire whisk along with the sugar. Gradually add the sour cream mixture and then add the remaining ingredients.
Pour the mixture into small ceramic bowls (which are in the baking pan), then arrange the grinded biscuits into all of the bowls.
Pour water into the baking pan, then place everything in the oven for 45 minutes, which is preheated to 300°F (150°C).
Cool the creme brulee to room temperature, then refrigerate it for 2 hours.
The Oreo Creme Brulee is ready.
