Ingredients

  • farfalle - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • minced beef - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • sweet corn - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cherry tomatoes - 20 pcs.
  • black beans - 9 oz (250 g)
  • spring onions - 4 pcs.
  • olive oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • cumin - 1 tsp.
  • chili powder - 1 tsp.
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - by taste

How to make

Season the minced meat with chili, salt and black pepper and then fry it.

Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, so that it is cooked al dente.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Put the pasta in a deeper bowl, add the fried minced meat and cherry tomatoes.

Add the canned (or cooked) beans and sweet corn.

Finely chop the spring onions and add them along with the cumin.

Drizzle the appetizing pasta salad with olive oil, add salt and black pepper and then mix it well.
