The cream should be well chilled. In a completely dry and deep bowl, beat the confectionery cream with a mixer, until it is well beaten.
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar. Stir with a spoon, until a smooth cream is obtained. You can also use a mixer at medium speed. If you use sweetened cream, you can reduce the amount of powdered sugar.
Combine the two mixtures and mix briefly with a mixer, until they are blended well.
Your cake cream is ready.
Very light and ethereal cream, which is suitable for different types of cakes. For example carrot cake, fruit cake and red velvet.
This amount is enough for cakes with three cake layers.
