How to make
Melt the couverture and butter in a water bath and let the mixture cool.
Beat the cream cheese, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. flour and powdered sugar.
In a large bowl, beat 2 eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar and add the chocolate mixture.
Add sifted flour with cocoa and baking powder.
Put baking paper in a cake tin and grease it with soft butter.
Pour in the chocolate mixture, then the cream cheese mixture and stir with a wooden skewer.
Bake the patterned cake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 35 minutes.
The marble cake with cream cheese is ready.
