  • mascarpone - 1 tbsp.
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp. (100%)
  • powdered sugar - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Leave the cream in the refrigerator overnight to cool. The next day, take it out and pour it into a bowl.

Beat it with a mixer along with the sugar. Just before turning it off, add the cocoa and mascarpone.

You can use the cake cream immediately or leave it in the fridge for a few hours.
