How to make
In a large bowl, mix the minced meat with all of the spices, egg and breadcrumbs. Knead and refrigerate it for an hour.
Then form the nests from the minced meat and arrange them in a Teflon baking pan.
In the middle of each place a piece of gouda and wrap it with aluminum foil. Bake the nests for half an hour at 390°F (200°C).
Serve the oven-baked minced meat nests with the desired garnish.
