  • bulgur - 1 and 1/2 cups

  • oil - 1 tbsp.
  • minced meat - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • salt - a pinch

How to make

Pour 1 cup of bulgur into a bowl and pour it with 1 and 1/2 cups of water. Leave it to swell for about 30 minutes.

Mash the boiled potatoes, beat the egg in them and pour the bulgur.

Season with salt and mix everything well.

Fry the finely chopped onion with the minced meat in a small pan and add a little salt and paprika.

With wet hands, form the bulgur meatballs from the mixture and put the stuffing with minced meat in the middle.
