How to make
Soak the dates in a bowl of hot water.
Crush the cocoa beans in a mortar.
Put the dried apricots, soaked dates, walnuts, pistachios, hazelnuts and ground cocoa beans in a chopper.
Grind and shape the mixture into balls with your hands.
Roll the candies in coconut shavings, cocoa powder or bee pollen for different flavors and serve them.
