How to make
Boil the duck legs.
Mix the butter with the finely chopped garlic, parsley and then stir.
When the legs have cooled, grease them with the butter mixture and place them in a baking pan. Roast them for 40 minutes at 340°F (170°C).
Stew the onions and mushrooms, then add diced bacon.
When the vegetables soften, sprinkle them with flour, stir, then pour the milk and add salt and black pepper.
Pour the sauce into the baking pan with the legs and roast the duck for another hour.
