How to make
The peeled potatoes are cut into large crescents and the leeks cut into small pieces.

Put them in a suitable baking pan and sprinkle them with thyme.
Add the sliced potatoes, season them with salt, black pepper and paprika.
Pour water or 1 cup of beer. Spread pieces of cold butter on top and bake the chicken wings with potatoes in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C), until they are ready.
It took my baked chicken wings 50 minutes to be fully cooked.
