How to make
In a bowl, mix the carob powder, almond milk, stevia and vanilla.
Put an empty pot on the stove on low heat.
When the pot heats up, pour the mixture inside and start stirring vigorously, until it has thickened.
Remove it from the heat, add the melted chocolate, honey and stir, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Distribute the cream into cups and leave it to cool.
Before serving, decorate the carob powder chocolate cream with the chocolate topping and whatever else you like.
The chocolate cream with carob powder is ready.
