The pumpkin, carrots, onions and potatoes are cut into large pieces and boiled in a liter of salted water.
Once the vegetables are cooked, add the coconut milk and blend everything with a liquidizer, until you a cream soup is obtained.
Optionally, when serving pumpkin soup, add a spoonful of sour cream and peeled pumpkin seeds.
