How to make

The bacon is washed and cut into long pieces, so that they can be arranged more tightly in the jar.

Put water, salt and sugar into a pot. After it boils, add the pieces of bacon in it for a while (about 2-3 minutes) - enough to change their color. Take them out and arrange them tightly in jars - 1.8 lb (800 g).

Wait for the marinade to cool and pour it over the bacon.

It can be consumed immediately.
