How to make
Peel a banana and cut it into circles. Put the pieces in the freezer to freeze.
Once they are frozen, take them out of the freezer and put them in a blender, along with the milk and coconut oil. They need to be blended well.
Pour the banana puree into a suitable container and add the peanuts. Mix well and put it back in the freezer.
Once frozen, the fruit ice cream is ready for consumption.
Put scoops of the ice cream in a cup and decorate it with a cookie, chocolates and coconut shavings.
The banana ice cream with peanuts is ready.
