Ingredients

  • puff pastry - 1 sheet (about 230 g)
  • salmon fillet - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • spinach - 7 oz (200 g) blanched
  • cream cheese - 1.4 oz (40 g) Philadelphia
  • breadcrumbs - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • parmesan - 1.4 oz (40 g) grated
  • onion - 1 small onion
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • black pepper

How to make

Fry the finely chopped onion and garlic clove in a pan for 5 minutes.

Add the blanched spinach and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the cream cheese, breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.

Season with a pinch of black pepper and salt. Remove the skin of the fish. Season with salt.

Spread out a sheet of puff pastry. Put a piece of salmon on it. Spread the spinach stuffing on top.

Fold the puff pastry, by leaving the spinach on top. Using a sharp knife, cut squares into the puff pastry. Spread it with milk.

Bake it in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) with a fan on for 5 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 25-30 minutes.
