Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, until a white mixture is obtained. For excellent results, use a perfectly dried dish and keep the egg whites at room temperature.
Mix the two types of bran with the yogurt, cinnamon and sugar. You can also use a liquid sweetener of your choice for sweetening.
Pour the mixture over the egg whites and mix with gentle, smooth movements, until a homogenous mixture is obtained.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. If desired, you can lightly grease its surface.
Spread the pancake mixture and bake on one side, until bubbles start to form, then turn briefly on the other side.
Serve the finished dietary oatmeal pancakes warm with your favorite homemade jam, turkey fillet or fat free cream. They are suitable for both savory and sweet fillings.
