  • flour - 5 tbsp.
  • milk - 1 liter
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • vanilla - 2 pcs.
  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • bananas - 2 pcs.
  • coconut shavings - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

Beat 4/5 cup (200 ml) from the milk with eggs and flour, until a smooth mixture is obtained. Put the remaining milk in a pot, place it on the stove, add sugar and butter and boil the mixture.

Once the cream has boiled, while stirring at all times, pour the egg mixture in a thin stream. Stir, until a smooth lump-free cream is obtained. Add the vanilla and leave it to cool.

Stir it during the cooling process, so that it does not form a crust on the surface.

Mash the bananas and put the puree in a bowl, pour the cream and add half of the coconut shavings. Run the mixer and beat the cream.

Distribute it into bowls and sprinkle it with coconut shavings. Cool them well before eating.

The coconut and banana cream is great.
