Ingredients

  • coarse oatmeal - 10.5 oz (300 g) large
  • milk - 3.5 cups (700 ml)
  • sugar - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
  • coconut shavings - 2 tbsp. + more for sprinkling
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • goji berry - for sprinkling

How to make

Soak the oats in water, so that they soften. Then strain them from the water. Bring the milk to a boil and add the sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Add the oatmeal, reduce the heat and leave it to boil.

During this time, separate the yolks from the whites and beat the yolks with a fork. Add them to the milk with the oatmeal and stir vigorously with a wire whisk.

Add the cinnamon and coconut at the end and continue stirring until the cinnamon dissolves, since sometimes spots of it remain.

Turn off the heat and leave it to boil. Pour the cream into glasses and sprinkle it with coconut and goji berry.

The oatmeal, cinnamon and coconut cream is ready.
