How to make

The minced meat is mixed with grated onion, roasted red pepper (finely chopped, so that you can still feel the pieces), oregano, savory herb, fresh parsley, breadcrumbs, so that they can absorb moisture from the peppers and black pepper.

Form balls, flatten them and place a piece of processed cheese in the middle. Heat a little fat in a pan and bake the meatballs on both sides, until they're fully cooked.

Boil the potatoes, but don't overboil them, strain them well and fry them in a pan with heated butter and oil.

Cook them over low heat, until they aquire a nice golden color. Finally, sprinkle them with salt, chopped fresh dill and black pepper.

Serve the stuffed meatballs onto a plate with a garnish of potatoes. If you add a teaspoon of pesto, you will enjoy an unique taste.

The Balkan Meatballs with Pepper and Processed Cheese are wonderful.
