How to make
The dried onion powder is put in clay pots - 1 tbsp. in a clay pot.
Pour oil and grease the whole clay pots with it.
The white cheese is cut into small pieces.
Add a row of white cheese.
The tomato is washed very well and cut into circles.
Place a slice of tomato on top of the white cheese.
Put pieces of white cheese on top and a slice of tomato on top.
Sprinkle with black pepper and pour 1 tbsp. of melted ghee in each guvec pot.
Bake the white cheese guvec pots for 20 minutes at 430°F (220°C) on high heat.
The eggs are stirred into a frothy mixture.
Once the tomatoes are roasted, the pots are filled with the beaten eggs.
Bake the clay pots with white cheese and tomatoes for 10 minutes at 360°F (180°C).
When they cool down, turn them over into a plate and serve them with roasted hot peppers.
