How to make
Boil the potatoes in boiling salted water with their skin, until they're semi-cooked. Then leave them to cool, cut a bit of each potato to form a lid, carve them out and the carved out part is later added to the stuffing.
The onion is cut into crescents, the olives into small pieces and the sausage into cubes. All of the products are stewed in a little fat and seasoned with spices.
When the stuffing is ready, the inside of the already carved potatoes is added to it.
At the bottom of each potato pour a little oil, sprinkle with salt, add the stuffing, pour a little more oil, close the lid and wrap them in foil.
This is procedure is done with all of the potatoes.
The stuffed potatoes are baked in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 25 minutes.
Then remove the foil and the lids, sprinkle them with yellow cheese and bake them for another 5 minutes.
Sprinkle them with spring onions on top.
The stuffed potatoes with sausage, onions and olives are ready.
