  • puff pastry - 1 packet (1.1 lb /500 g/)
  • smoked salmon - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • leeks - 1 stalk
  • sour cream - 1 tbsp.
  • salt

measures

How to make

Peel the first layer of the leek and wash it. Cut the leek in half and then cut it into crescents.

Put some fat in a pan and fry it, until it aquires a golden color. Turn off the heat and leave it to cool slightly.

Add a little salt, black pepper, sour cream and stir.

Open up the puff pastry, put the leeks halfway and spread them out evenly.

Sprinkle with yellow cheese and arrange the salmon pieces. Close up the puff pastry with the other half and press the edges. That can also be done with a fork.

Add the egg yolk, milk and oil in a small bowl. Stir and smear the top of the fish pie with a silicone brush.

Sprinkle the fish pie with almonds and bake it in a baking pan, which has been lined with baking paper at 390°F (200 degrees), until it's fully baked.

Enjoy this smoked salmon in puff pastry.
