How to make
First, we put tjhe butter and the dark chocolate in a bowl, which is then placed in a water bath to melt them.
In another bowl, beat 3 eggs, a pinch of salt and the sugar with a mixer, until a fluffy mixture is obtained, which we then add to the already melted chocolate and butter.
Beat again, until a smooth mixture is obtained. Finally, add the flour. Stir the mixture and it is ready.
Pour it into a square baking pan covered with baking paper and bake the classic brownie in an oven preheated to 360°F (180°C).
On top, the quick and easy morning coffee brownie becomes lighter brown and I checked it with a toothpick.
