How to make
Break the chocolate into pieces. Add the butter to it and melt it in a water bath.
Once a homogeneous mixture is obtained, add the hazelnut tahini.
Stir again and mix all components well.
Remove it from the heat and set it aside.
Whip the cream with a mixer at maximum speed.
Start adding the chocolate mixture to it.
Mix the easy chocolate cream by hand with a silicone spatula, so that the volume of the cream is not reduced.
Distribute the chocolate cream with hazelnut tahini in dessert bowls and be sure to refrigerate it for at least an hour. The dessert is served well chilled.
