How to make
Beat the eggs and sugar, until a fluffy mixture is obtained, add the oil and the fanta in a thin stream.
Add the pre-mixed and sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla and mix, until a smooth mixture is obtained. Separate 1 cup from the mixture and add the instant coffee, stir.
Grease the mold with butter, first pour the yellow mixture and in the middle and in a circle pour the brown.
Stir gently with a wooden skewer to give it a marble effect. Bake it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) until it is fully baked. Check it with a wooden skewer from time to time.
This sponge cake with fanta is always successful, very soft and delicious for your afternoon coffee.
