I used a cup with a capacity of 6.8 fl oz (200 ml).
Light cake, ideal for an afternoon snack.
Beat the eggs, soda and yogurt, then add the oil and stir.
Then add the remaining dry ingredients and finally add a jam of your choice.
Stir again, pour the mixture in a small baking pan and bake the cake evenly, until it is nicely browned in the oven.
A light cake with homemade jam, which you can serve with homemade vanilla ice cream.
