How to make
In a bowl, beat the eggs along with the sugar, until the sugar dissolves.
Add the cooled and melted butter, then the oil and vanilla. Stir well.
Finally, add the sifted flour and baking powder. Knead a soft dough.
Grate the chocolate or cut it into pieces. Add it to the dough and knead again.
Put baking paper in a baking pan and grease it. Tear small pieces of the dough and shape them into cookies.
Arrange the cookies in the baking pan and there should be a distance between them.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes.
Leave the baked cookies with pieces of chocolate to cool and if desired, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
