How to make
Clean the peppers from the stalks and seeds. Roast, peel and cut them into large cubes.
Cut the tomatoes and place them in the salad bowl.
Add the peppers, chopped garlic cloves and parsley.
Mix the vegetables carefully.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. This salad with peppers and mature sheep's cheese is very appetizing.
Cut the wholemeal bread into cubes and fry them in butter, until they aquire a golden brown color.
Sprinkle lightly with samardala. Do not add too much of the spice.
Add the croutons and season the most delicious salad with roasted peppers with as much salt as you like and vegetable fat.
