How to make
Grind the almonds and sesame seeds in a blender. Pour them into a bowl and put the coconut sugar, oatmeal, banana, salt and sliced dates into the blender.
Blend everything, add the sesame seeds and nuts and blend with a blender or you can mix by hand.
Shape the oatmeal cookies with greased or damp hands. Form balls, flatten them and arrange them in a baking tray. I had 2 trays.
Bake the homemade cookies for 12 minutes or until they're ready at 180 degrees.
Wonderful healthy cookies are obtained.
Store the lean oatmeal cookies with banana in a jar for up to a week after they have been baked.
