Ingredients

  • quinoa - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • flaxseed - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • chia - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • poppy seeds - 1 tbsp.
  • oil - 1 tbsp. (+ more for greasing)
  • sesame seeds - 0.7 oz (20 g) raw
  • salt - 1/4 tsp.
  • water - 1/3 cup (80 ml)
measures

How to make

Pour the quinoa, flaxseed and chia in a blender. Grind the seeds. Add the oil, water, salt, poppy seeds and sesame seeds.

Form the dough into a ball, but if it is too dry, you can add a little more water to it.

Divide the resulting dough into two balls, which are about 4.2 oz (120 grams) each.

Lightly grease them with oil and roll them out between two layers of paper into a thin and fine crust.

Carefully remove the top layer of paper and cut each crust into squares.

Place them in two trays. Bake each one in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for no more than 5 minutes.

Carefully break the baked crusts in the places where they are cut. That how you make delicious crackers, which are very crunchy and easy to prepare.

You can eat them this way or serve them with a vegetable spread of your choice.

The quinoa crackers and three types of seeds are wonderful!
