Ingredients

  • flour - 8 oz (220 g)
  • water - 3.9 fl oz (115 ml)
  • oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • live yeast - 0.5 oz (15 g)
  • salt - 1 tsp.

How to make

Warm the water up to body temperature and dissolve the yeast in it with a pinch of sugar.

When it activates, add the oil, which is also slightly warmed and sift the flour with the salt.

Knead a smooth and non-stick dough, by sprinkling very little flour on the worktop, if necessary.

Divide the dough into 4 small balls and place them in a tray covered with baking paper at a distance from each other.

Leave them to rise for 40 minutes to 1 hour, then sprinkle them with a little flour.

Bake the buns in a preheated oven at 370°F (190 degrees) for 15-20 minutes or until you see that they aquire a pleasant color.

Cool the fluffy mini buns on a wire rack and serve them.
